WHAT THEY SAY
Thank you, Steve Sharp, for a stirring and thought-provoking session on the power of connection in workplace culture. Delivered in a refreshingly candid manner, Steve engaged the team with his common-sense approach. He shared interesting insights from his years of experience working with some of Australia’s industry leaders.
Steve shared fascinating insights on human behaviour, how and why we respond and react to stressors, how to utilise self-awareness, the importance of feeling valued and connected and why it is critical to the culture of your business.
Steve offered a new perspective on office dynamics, and how psychological safety and connection in the workplace are ultimately the greatest antidotes to toxic culture and burnout. If you want to inspire, motivate, and upskill your people, I highly recommend getting Steve Sharp in front of your team!
As leaders of a newly established statutory authority, Steve was invaluable in helping us understand our culture and people. There was a sense of urgency in bringing together a diverse range of people with the aim of developing a positive organisational culture. We needed to build engaged teams to enable successful implementation of a new model of work. Steve brought a wealth of knowledge and presented it with an infectious energy. Our people, across all levels of the organisation, enjoyed and learned a great deal from his keynote address and subsequent workshops.
Steve’s keynote presentation peaked genuine interest in seeking a deeper understanding of Psychological Safety as a foundation for a healthy culture. Setting the context for participants (what is PS? why is it important?) captivated the audience from the outset. We came away with a reality check on the true status of team engagement, and an appreciation for why such engagement is critical to the success of the business. Steve’s energy and expertise meant that complex content was presented in a digestible and practical way. Participants left motivated to prioritise wellbeing for its own benefit, and importantly, for the benefit to customer experience and business sustainability.
“Steve’s method of presenting the leadership framework is spot on and at the right level. It works!!!
For me personally – it was great to see the energy and engagement in the room. I got a great deal out of the course”
“Thanks for a great day Steve; your impact on me will be paid forward.
I walk away from (Steve’s) teachings with many more tools under my leadership belt, just as I did a few years ago when I first attended one of these sessions. The content itself, as well as the way it is delivered, is captivating, and I highly recommend it to any leader invested in self-development.”

Hi Steve, I attended your workshop at the recent LMG growth summit in the Gold Coast. I found your presentation incredibly helpful in understanding the “way I work”. Thank you for you easy to follow, easy to understand guidance on my “brain”!!!!!
