Just finished the The Australian Financial Review BOSS Young Executive Summit 2023. A plethora of amazing speakers from a diverse range of backgrounds, industries and experiences.
Having won the AFR BOSS Young Executive Award in 2012, it was great to connect with this years award winners.
So many great discussions about the challenges and opportunities we face as a nation over the coming 5 to 10 years.
Every speaker was outstanding. For me personally, Kellie Parker and Sarah Derry epitomise intrinsic values based leadership at the highest level. You could tell by how they spoke and articulated their stories, they have been able to transfer ‘their intrinsic’ into ‘the extrinsic’ systems, symbols and behavioural standards of their organisations over time. Impressive is a massive understatement.
