Paul J. Zak the founding director of the Center for Neuroeconomics Studies, breaks down the biologies of trust as it relates to the theory of mind and the all-important ability to empathise.

Getting it right, he says, “…activates brain systems that motivate teamwork, which, in the best case, makes work feel like play.”
